Yes, we understand that you may want to check the quality of stitching or sublimation & feel the quality of the fabric. It generally takes us one week to manufacture an article and three to four days to get it delivered to you.

Our Standard turnaround time is two weeks for 100 to 1000 pieces, excluding shipping time. We may need three weeks for some articles.

The minimum Order Quantity is 100 per article or set.

Yes we do. Please contact us for an appointment and we can show you different fabrics and styles for your custom order.

We make custom logos and design for your teams or business – our professional art team will designe for you free of charge.

Since everything is custom made to order, it is important that you enter the order exactly as you want it. In the case that a mistake has been made on an order, please call us as soon as possible regarding any changes that need to be made to an order. We typically need to locate this order in production before we can guarantee a change on your order.

Please email us at info@minzigroups.com with a Google Sheets link or attach an Excel spreadsheet and the subject of the email with your ‘Order # – Name/Company – Customization Form Submission’. Make sure that you include the garment style, garment size, and customization. It would be helpful to have each product option as a column (i.e. size, color, customization)
